SALESCOMP Sales training for home services teams

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

SalesComp exists to train sales teams, not to trade in data. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, email fitz@sales-comp.com and a human will answer.

What we collect

How we use it

What we do not do

Service providers

SalesComp runs on established infrastructure providers (hosting, database, AI processing, and email delivery services). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and confidentiality obligations, and only as needed to run the product.

Recording responsibilities

Your team controls what gets recorded in the field. Laws on recording conversations vary by state, and it is your company's responsibility to record lawfully, including obtaining any consent your jurisdiction requires. If you need a recording deleted, tell us and we will remove it.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you leave SalesComp, email us and we will delete your company's data. Your playbook is yours; ask and we will export it for you before deletion.

Security

Accounts are protected by authenticated sign-in, data is encrypted in transit, and access to customer data inside SalesComp is limited to what is needed to run and support the product.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell active customers directly.
