Terms of Service
Last updated: July 8, 2026
These terms cover your company's use of SalesComp. They are written to be read, not to hide things. Questions go to fitz@sales-comp.com.
The service
SalesComp provides sales training software for teams: it turns sales conversations your team submits into coaching, training plans, playbooks, and related materials. Features may improve or change over time; we won't remove something your team depends on without telling you.
Your account
- You are responsible for the people you invite to your workspace and what they upload.
- Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself. Tell us right away if you think an account is compromised.
- You must have the right to submit the recordings and materials you send us, including any consent your state requires for recording conversations.
Your content stays yours
Your recordings, transcripts, playbooks, and training materials belong to your company. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service to you. If you leave, ask and we will export your playbook and delete your data, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Payment
SalesComp is billed as a flat monthly rate for your team, agreed with you in writing before you are ever charged. You can cancel any time, effective at the end of the billing period. No cancellation fees.
Acceptable use
- Don't use SalesComp for anything unlawful, including recording people where you don't have the legal right to.
- Don't attempt to break, probe, or overload the service.
- Don't resell access or share accounts outside your company.
AI-generated coaching
SalesComp's coaching and training content is generated by AI from your team's own materials and conversations. It is advice for a manager and team to use with judgment, not a guarantee of sales outcomes.
Warranty and liability
SalesComp is provided as is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount your company paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending the relationship
You can stop using SalesComp whenever you want. We can suspend or end accounts that violate these terms; if that ever happens we will say why. Either way, your data handling follows the Privacy Policy.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will update the date above and notify active customers before the change applies to them.
