SALESCOMP For sunroom & outdoor living dealers

Sunrooms, screen rooms & porch conversions

Record the appointment. See where the sale leaked.

Your reps clip on a recorder before they knock. Every in-home appointment comes back reviewed against the process Josh trains: what went right, where it leaked, and what to fix next time.

Every appointment your three reps ran this month, with a result on each row. Nguyen on the 23rd came back Needs Reps. What you would have heard: "went great."

Which rep is leaking, and at which stage?

What you see instead

Three reps ranked worst-first. Trey leaves with a date 44% of the time and his biggest gap is the budget bracket. That is the ride-along to book, not a guess.

Pattern view: Meetings recorded, Solid or better, Next step locked, DQ and Needs review tiles above a three-rep roster ranked worst-first, with next-step rate, quality, trend and the playbook stage each rep leaks at most.

The pain

You can't review 28 calls a month. Nobody can.

What you see instead

The calls where one coaching note changes the next appointment, worst first, with the reason. Five calls, fifteen minutes. Not a weekend of listening.

Needs your eyes: five calls flagged for coaching, each with the rep, the meeting type, the result and the scorer's one-line reason, such as price presented to the husband alone.

The pain

"Work on closing" isn't coaching.

What you see instead

Strength first, then the one thing that cost the sale, then the exact words for next time. On this one: the price went out with one decision-maker in the room.

Strength, Primary Note and Prescription cards on a reviewed consultation: budget bracketed early, price presented to one decision-maker, and the fix for next time, above the meeting summary, next steps and deposit timing.

Your Tuesday 1-on-1 is "so, how's it going?"

What you see instead

Trey's three pinned calls, the note on each, and the drills to run. The 1-on-1 starts from what happened, not from what he remembers.

1-on-1 Queue for one rep: next 1-on-1 date, three pinned calls each with the meeting type, result and coaching note, Open call and Play the moment buttons, and prescribed drills.

What it checks

The eight things that decide a sunroom sale.

Straight from the in-home process Josh trains his dealers on. Skip one and it shows up on the call, with the moment behind it.

02Upfront contract, said out loudHow long, what happens, and that you'll ask for a decision.

Straight answers

What dealers ask first.

Will my guys actually wear it?
They do when it's about them. Every review names what they did right before what to fix, and it asks nothing of them but pressing a button. The ones who want to get better use it the most.
What do homeowners say about being recorded?
Reps tell the homeowner they're taking notes for quality, then run the appointment like normal. The recorder is the size of a card and nobody's holding a phone up. If a homeowner says no, the rep turns it off and sells anyway.
We run everything in JobTread.
Keep it. We connect SalesComp to JobTread with you during onboarding, so a reviewed appointment lands on the customer's job and nobody logs it twice. Different CRM? Tell us which one and we'll connect it on request.
Can Josh see my calls?
Only the ones you send him. Every call has a Share button. Nothing goes to Josh, or anyone else, on its own. Your recordings stay yours.
How long to get going?
One working session. The in-home process is loaded on day one and tuned to how you sell. Reps record appointments the same week. Recorders ship after checkout.
What if it's not for us?
Cancel any time, effective at the end of the billing period. No cancellation fee. Keep the recorders.
