See it in action
This is what it looks like
when your calls
actually teach something.
A full walkthrough of SalesComp recorded with a real home services company. Ten chapters. Skip straight to the part you care about.

One account. Every location.
No setup from scratch.
You have one company account at the top. Add franchises, locations, or branches underneath it. Every new branch automatically gets your company's playbooks, meeting types, objections, battle cards, and skills on day one.
One account runs the whole company. Add a new branch and it shows up pre-loaded with everything your company has already built. No copy-paste, no starting over.
- Company account at the top. Set your playbooks, meeting types, and standards once. They flow down to every branch automatically.
- Add branches in seconds. Each new location or franchise starts with the full company toolkit already installed.
- Invite managers to their branch. They see their team's calls and their team's coaching. You see everything across all locations.
- No location starts from zero. Day one, every manager has the playbook, the objection library, the battle cards. The foundation is already there.
If you have multiple crews, rooftop teams, or franchise locations and you have been managing them separately, this is the view that makes it feel like one operation.
Coaching standards
You teach the AI what a great meeting looks like.
A meeting type is your definition of what you are trying to accomplish and what it takes to do it well. Set the purpose, the outcomes, the priorities. The AI coaches every call against that definition, not a generic standard.
Tell it what you are going for on each type of call. The AI coaches to your definition. Change a priority and every future call gets evaluated against the new standard.
- Define the meeting's purpose. Initial consult, design appointment, estimate follow-up. Each type has its own set of standards.
- Set outcomes you care about. Decision makers present, property walkthrough completed, pain identified, solution designed. You pick what matters for this type of call.
- Refine by just talking to it. Tell the AI what you want to change. It updates the criteria and shows you the result. No forms, no menus.
- Mark up to three items as CRITICAL.Critical Miss a critical item and the whole call is capped, no matter how well everything else went. Budget before solution design. Proposal without a walkthrough. You set the line.
- Disqualify reasons. Stop your reps spending an hour with someone who was never going to buy. Set the flags that kill a call early and the AI will surface them.
- Details extraction. Tell it what to pull from every call, proposal estimate, next step date, competitor mentioned, and it appears in your Film Room without anyone taking notes.
SOPs and scripts
Your playbook. Written once, used on every call.
Each playbook ties to a meeting type. Your stages, your scripts, what reps practice, what they reference in the field. The AI can draft one from a conversation or from files you upload. Set it at the company level and it lands in every branch.
Talk to it or upload a file and it drafts your SOP. You review it, tweak it, and it goes live for every rep in every branch. When you update it, everyone gets the new version.
Walk the full arc of your call
Rapport, walkthrough, solution design, expectations, close. Define the stages for each meeting type and the playbook follows that arc.
Word-for-word lines reps can practice
Write the exact phrasing you want. Reps study it, drill it, and the AI checks whether they actually ran it on the call.
Set once at company level. Everywhere.
Playbooks live at the top. Add a branch and that branch gets the playbook. Update the playbook and it updates across every branch at once.
Real objections from real calls
The objections are already coming in. Here they are.
SalesComp pulls the objections your reps actually hear and counts how many calls each one showed up in. You review them, refine the responses with the AI, and save the ones that are real. Every rep gets the same answer.
- Pulled from real calls. Not a guessed list. The objections are surfaced from your team's actual conversations, with a count of how often each one came up.
- Refine the responses with AI. You tell it how you like to handle "I need to think about it" or "it's not the right time." It writes a clean response you can edit, approve, and save.
- Skip the ones that are not real. Mark false positives and move on. Only the objections you approve land in the library.
- Every rep has the same answer. Once it is in the library, it goes into the study pack, the playbook, and the coaching notes on the next call that hits the same objection.
The objections come from the calls, not a brainstorm session. You see how many times each one showed up, then decide whether it is worth a polished response.
Competitor intelligence
Your reps keep hearing the same three competitor names. Here is what to do about it.
SalesComp surfaces competitor mentions from your team's real calls. You confirm the ones worth building a rebuttal for, and the AI helps you write one. Skip the false positives.
You see which competitors are actually being mentioned and how often. Mark the false positives, build cards for the real ones, and every rep walks into the next call with the same rebuttal.
- Pulled from real calls. If a rep says a competitor name during an appointment, it surfaces here with the call as evidence.
- Skip the noise. Flag the ones that were not real competitor mentions and they stop showing up. You only build cards for what is actually happening in the field.
- Write the rebuttal once. The AI drafts a response based on what you tell it. You refine it, approve it, and it lands in the study pack.
- Every rep carries the same card. One response per competitor across the whole team. No one is winging it.
Training material
Your SOP becomes a quiz. Automatically.
Every playbook you build becomes a study pack: flashcards, quiz questions, the exact language reps need to know before they go in the field. What new reps train on from day one.
You write the playbook once. SalesComp generates the flashcards and quiz questions. New reps study them before their first call. Existing reps use them to sharpen up on specific objections or stages they keep missing.
The method, chunked into memory-sized pieces
Stage transitions, key phrases, objection responses. Each card tests one thing. Reps flip through them on their phone before an appointment.
Not trivia. The actual calls they are about to make.
Questions are generated directly from your SOP. "What do you do when the homeowner brings up price before the walkthrough is done?" Your answer, tested against your rep.
No manual work. It builds from what you already wrote.
Update the playbook and the study pack updates with it. Add a new objection response and it becomes a flashcard. Nothing to maintain separately.
The bread and butter
Watch the call. See exactly what happened. Coach to the moment.
The Film Room is where it all comes together. Every call your team records shows up here. You see the list, the patterns, and when you open a call you see the whole breakdown: what they did right, what to work on, the arc of the conversation stage by stage.
List view shows every call. Pattern view shows which steps of your process are getting run consistently and which ones keep getting skipped. That is your coaching agenda right there.
Open any call and see the whole film session. Strengths, the one thing to work on, extracted meeting details (proposal estimate, next steps, competitor mentions), the stage arc with green and red flags, and a conversation map with timestamps you can click into.
Next step: Follow up Friday
Competitor: None mentioned
During the Sunspace Sunrooms walkthrough, the AI flagged that budget came up before solution design. Josh reviewed it and decided that for smaller jobs in his market, that order is fine because the scope is obvious early. He left it as not critical. The call ranked a very sharp call because that step was not marked critical, so the cap never kicked in. The manager's call, not the AI's.
You decide what is critical. The AI flags what happened. You decide whether it matters for your business. Set something as critical and missing it caps the call. Leave it as a preference and the AI notes it without penalizing.
- List view. Every call, every rep. Filter by meeting type, date, or rep.
- Pattern view. Across all your recent calls, which steps of your process are consistently getting run and which ones keep getting skipped.
- Per-call strengths. What the rep did well, named specifically, not generically.
- Primary coaching note. One thing to work on. Not a list of ten. One.
- Extracted meeting details. Proposal amount, next steps, competitor mentions. Pulled automatically. No notes to take.
- Stage arc with flags. Each stage shows green or red. Click a flag to jump to that moment in the transcript.
- Conversation map. A visual of the call segmented by speaker and topic, with timestamps.
Coaching prep
Your one-on-ones come pre-loaded. No prep time.
Pin any call to a rep's one-on-one queue. When you sit down with them, the film is already there. You both know what you are reviewing. The coaching conversation starts at the actual moment instead of starting with "how do you think that appointment went?"
Pin a call. The coaching conversation is ready. You both walk in knowing what call you are reviewing, what happened, and what the one focus is. The time is spent coaching, not getting oriented.
- Pin any call from the Film Room. One click adds it to a rep's one-on-one queue.
- Pre-loaded coaching brief. The call breakdown, the strength, the coaching note. It is already there when you open the session.
- No prep time. The AI did the film review. You walk in as the coach, not the analyst.
- For the rep, not just the manager. The rep sees what is queued for their next one-on-one. No surprises. They can review the call themselves first.
Most managers spend the first fifteen minutes of a one-on-one just trying to remember which call they wanted to talk about. This kills that problem.
Getting calls in
Calls get into the Film Room. Three ways. Your reps pick the one that fits.
No manual uploads, no copy-paste, no process that breaks. Your reps record the call. From there it can land in the Film Room automatically or in sixty seconds flat.
- Personal upload email. Every rep gets a dedicated email address. They forward the call recording or transcript to that address. It shows up in the Film Room with their name on it. Nothing else to do.
- Drag and drop from the dashboard. Manager or rep uploads a transcript file directly. Works for any format: text, PDF, exported doc.
- Paste it in. Copy the transcript from wherever you have it and paste it straight into the dashboard. Results in about sixty seconds.
Using a Plaud recorder in the field? The device clips to a phone or sits on a table. After the appointment, the rep presses one button and the recording goes to their upload email. The call is in the Film Room before they get back to their car.
Three paths, all simple. Personal upload email, drag and drop, or paste. Pick the one your reps will actually use and they will keep using it.

What is coming next.
These are in active development. If one of them is the reason you called, mention it when you email Fitz.
Training Plans
A 30, 60, and 90-day ramp plan for new reps built from your playbook and meeting types. Day one they know what they are studying and practicing through their first ninety days.
Drills
Practice calls your reps do on their own time. The AI plays the customer, runs the objections, and coaches them on how they handled it. No manager required, no scheduling a ride-along.
Call Highlights
Turn a great moment from a real call into a role-play scenario. Your best reps teach the whole team without anyone pulling them off the road for a training session.
No demo maze. No sales team. Just Fitz.
